A Message From Our CEO and Our President.

For over 45 years, we have been the official dealer of Raymond lift trucks and related warehouse material handling equipment in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and the central time zone of Florida. Our success is the direct result of the solid partnerships we have built with both customers and suppliers, especially our partnership with The Raymond Corporation. Most importantly, we attribute our success to the dedication and commitment of our Associates. Even as our business grows and changes, we continue to make all of these relationships successful.

We are dedicated to meeting the changing needs of every Carolina Handling customer and to helping you accomplish your business objectives. We achieve this goal by attracting the most talented people in our industry and investing in their professional development. Our Associates receive ongoing training in customer-specific applications, product support, budget and finance considerations, and sales and marketing.

Carolina Handling provides you with superior products serviced by the best in the business. Our new Service Technicians receive over 250 hours of classroom and on-the-job training their first year, and an average of 80 hours of training in subsequent years. The continuous education and Raymond certification of our Technicians will significantly increase the quality and performance of your equipment through lower ownership costs and reduced downtime.

Our commitment to exceeding customer expectations has resulted in exceptional service performance, with an average response time of less than 1.1 hours and a first call completion rate of nearly 90%. Delivering quality service is who we are and what we do.
