    Sustainability

    Carolina Handling’s ongoing commitment to sustainable operations features recycling programs at its branch offices, rental and renewed shops and Equipment Distribution Center. Shops and EDC recycle batteries, oil, oil filters, cardboard and metal. Drive units, motors and other forklift parts are removed from scrap trucks for reuse on rental units. Shops also practice oil/water separation methods to protect the environment.
